Classic Raspberry Tea

Traditional raspberry kombucha with fresh berries, perfect for summer sipping with optional herbal garnishes.

Ingredients
  • 8 fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups unflavored kombucha
  • Fresh mint or basil, optional
  • Lemon wedge, optional

Instructions

    Add raspberries (whole or blended) to the bottle.

    Top with kombucha, seal, and ferment 2 days.

  3. 3

    Strain if desired and refrigerate.

    Serve cold with herbs and lemon.
