Pear & Ginger Tea

Refreshing pear and ginger kombucha tea, naturally carbonated with fresh fruit flavors.

Ingredients
  • 1 large pear or 2 small pears
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 2 cups unflavored kombucha

Instructions

    Juice the pear and ginger together.

    Pour into the bottle, top up with kombucha leaving about 1/2 inch of headspace, and seal tightly.

    Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 days to carbonate, then refrigerate.

    Serve cold.

Recipe Notes

  • Sweet pears and ginger carbonate quickly; best enjoyed within 2–5 days.
  • Use a juicer and 16.5 oz glass bottle with airtight lid.
